摘  要:针对某些热加工过程中温度控制范围大、精度高的要求,设计并实现了热加工智能温度控制系统。设计了桥式断偶保护装置保证温度控制的安全可靠;利用改进的数字PID算法提高了温控精度和系统稳定性;提出了恒速升温的方法提高升温线性度。现场实验结果表明:本温控系统检测和控制范围达0~1500℃,精度达±0.3℃,系统超调小于0.5%,实现了热加工过程中温度大范围变化时的高精度控制要求。In order to meet the demand of wide range and high precision of temperature control in some hot working processes,an intelligent temperature control system was designed and realized. Thermocouple protection was realized to ensure reliable temperature control a modified digital PID technology was used to improve the accuracy and system stability, and a method of keeping constant heating speed was also designed to improve the linearity when temperature raised. The experimental results show that the temperature measuring range of this system is 0-1500℃, the accuracy of temperature control can be up to ±0.3℃ and the overshoot is less than 0.5%. The hot working temperature control system can commendably meet the design requirements.
