摘  要:随着谷物在动物饲料生产中的广泛应用,其与动物胃肠道健康的关系成了人们广泛关注的热点。淀粉作为谷物能量贮存的主要形式,其在日粮中的水平、组成、结构差异及与纤维物质的组合效应等均会对动物胃肠道菌群产生影响。因此,深入研究淀粉对动物胃肠道菌群的影响及其作用机制,有利于促进动物肠道健康。As the grain is widely used in animal feed production, the relationship between grain and the health of the gastrointestinal tract in animals becomes a hotspot, which has been widespreadly concerned by researchers. As the starch is the main energy storage for the grain, its level, structure, composition, and structural differences in the diet, as well as its combination effect with fibrous substances can affect the gastrointestinal microflora in animals. Therefore, in -depth study of the mechanism of action and the effect of starch on the gastrointestinal microflora in animals, is conducive to promote the health of the intestinal tract in animals.
