摘  要:目的利用数码互动系统的资源优势开展基础医学实验课程整合教学。方法利用数码互动系统建立基础医学教学资源数据库,以形态学实验教学为切入点,针对临床医学专业本科生实施基础医学实验课程整合教学。结果考试成绩比较和问卷调查结果表明,整合课程学习小组的成绩较好,学生综合利用各学科知识分析问题、解决问题的能力明显提高,学习兴趣显著提高,促进形成整体医学知识思维。结论基础医学实验课程整合教学有助于提高学生的综合素质,数码互动系统是实验课程整合教学的有效教学手段。Objective To carry out integrative teaching of basic medicine experiment course by using the resources of digital interactional system.Methods We established teaching resources database of basic medicine by using digital interactional system.Then by taking morphologic experiment teaching as an example,we carried out integrative teaching of basic medicine experiment course for undergraduates of clinical medicine.Results By comparing test scores and survey feedbacks,we found that the experimental group had higher test scores than those in the control group,and that their analytical and problem-solving abilities were obviously improved,and interest in learning was enhanced,and they formed an integrative thinking pattern.Conclusion The integrative teaching of basic medicine experiment course is beneficial in improving the comprehensive quality of undergraduates,and digital interactional system is an effective method for this teaching approach.
