气滞胃痛颗粒治疗反流性胃炎药效学初步研究

摘　　要：目的:根据气滞胃痛颗粒处方组成,探讨气滞胃痛颗粒对大鼠实验性反流性胃炎的药效作用。方法:采用灌服自制反流液法复制反流性胃炎模型;将大鼠随机分为空白组、枸橼酸莫沙必利组、气滞胃痛颗粒高、中、低剂量组,考察各组中胃黏膜病理损伤程度及胃酸度,并采用ELISA法测定血清GAS、MTL、PGE2、尿素酶指标的含量。结果:模型组较空白组胃酸度降低,胃黏膜损伤严重,血清GAS、PGE2显著降低(P<0.05),MTL、尿素酶显著升高(P<0.05);气滞胃痛复方中、高剂量组,阳性对照组较模型组小,损伤程度低,血清GAS、PGE2含量升高,MTL、尿素酶含量降低,有显著性差异,且与空白对照组相近。结论:气滞胃痛颗粒通过调节GAS、MTL、PGE2、尿素酶含量,从保护胃黏膜,促进胃肠蠕动角度,发挥治疗反流性胃炎的药效作用,进而为临床的广泛应用及开发奠定基础。Objective：According to the prescription form of Qizhiweitong granules, explore pharmacodynamic effect of Qizhi- weitong particles on experimental reflux gastritis rats. Methods ： Using gavage reflux liquid method copy reflux gastritis model, the rats were randomly divided into control group, Mosapride group, Qizhiweitong particles high, middle, low - dose groups, each group pathological inspection of gastric mucosa and gastric injury degree, and determinate serum GAS, MTL, PGE2, urease indicators by ELISA. Results ：The model group compared with the control group, the gastric acid was reduced, seriously gastric mucosal injury, serum GAS, PGE2 significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）, MTL and urease significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Qizhiweitong granules middle,high- dose groups and the positive control group compared with the model group, lower degree of injury, serum GAS, PGE2 levels increased, MTL and urease reduced, there was a significant difference, similar to control group. Conclusion ： Qizhiweitong particles by regulating the GAS, MTL, PGEE and urease and protecting the gastric mucosa, promote gastrointestinal motility angles and play therapy of reflux gastritis pharmacodynamics, and thus laying the foundation for a wide range of clinical applications and development.
