摘 要:目的:探讨人际交往训练课程对卫校女生疏离感的影响。方法:随机选取某卫校一年级两个班女生分别作为干预组(40人)、对照组(42人),干预组进行人际交往课程训练,对照组均不参与,以青少年疏离感量表、人际关系综合诊断量表进行评估。结果:干预后干预组人际关系总分比对照组显著降低(t=-2.939,P<0.01);干预后干预组疏离感得分显著低于对照组(t=-3.797,P<0.01);干预组干预后疏离感得分显著低于干预前(t=2.469,P<0.05);延时测试显示了较低的疏离感水平。结论:人际交往训练可明显改善卫校女生疏离感。Objective: To study effect of the interpersonal communicative training on nursing girls' alienation. Methods: The two classes ' girls of the first grade were randomly selected from one medical school,respectively,as intervention group( 40 girls) and the control group( 42 girls). The intervention group received interpersonal communicative training,the control group didn't receive it,the adolescent alienation scale and interpersonal relationships assessment scale as the assessment tool. Results: After the intervention,interpersonal total score significantly improved compared to the control group( t =-2. 939,P〈0. 01); After the intervention,alienation scores of intervention group was significantly lower than the control group( t =-3. 797,P〈0. 01); Within the intervention group,the total score of alienation after the intervention was significantly lower than they are before the intervention( t = 2. 469,P〈0. 05); Delay posttest showed lower levels of alienation. Conclusion: The interpersonal communicative training will help to improve the nursing girls' alienation.
