摘  要:社会的进步和事业单位分类改革的推进促使农业科研院所开始思考新的发展之道以提高竞争力。农业科研院所生存和发展的关键是农业科技人才,只有服务好人才,利用好人才,农业科研院所才能在改革的浪潮中手握利器,锐意进取,使改革成为促使其成长的助力。文章通过对农业科研院所现行人才激励机制的分析,指出了其中存在的平均主义盛行、职位晋升论资排辈和激励方式单一等问题。并针对这些问题,提出了打破平均主义,按能力和贡献分配,根据业绩和能力评定职称,激励方式多元化等建议。With development of society and advancement of classified reformation of public institutions, agricultural scientific research institutions have to consider the new path of development in order to improve the competitiveness. For agricultural scientific research institutions, scientific and technological talents are the key to their development. Only if they serve the talents well and at the same time make the most use of them can they get the most powerful weapons and achieve the progress in the wave of the reformation and make the reformation an impetus to their development. The existing problems of present incentive mechanism for talents adopted by agricultural scientific research institutions were analyzed in the paper, such as the equalitarianism in attribution, the seniority-oriented promotion and tbe single incentive way. Aimed at these problems, it was pointed out that agricultural scientific research institutions should break the equalitarianism and distribute the material rewards according to the abilities and contributions, promote the talents according to the performance and abilities, and diversify incentive ways.
