摘　　要：通过对医院授权管理与中层干部执行力的相关性进行分析,明确医院授权管理对中层干部执行力的影响,分析医院授权管理现状并提出完善授权管理,提升中层干部执行力的改进对策,对改善医院授权管理,提升中层干部执行力具有现实意义。The article analyzed the correlation of authorization management and the executive force of mid- dle - rank managers, so as to define the influence of authorization management on middle - rank managers. Analy- zing the hospital authorization management status and give suggestions, in order to consummate the authorization management and promote the executive force of middle - rank managers, The author thought the measures had prac- tical significance on improving hospital authorization management and promoting the executive force of middle - rank managers.
