公务员主观幸福感与生活事件、社会支持、应对方式的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨公务员的社会支持、应对方式在主观幸福感与生活事件之间的链式多重中介作用。方法：选取307名公务员（男191人,女116人;年龄24~58岁）,采用幸福感指数（IWB）、生活事件量表（LES）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）、应对方式量表（CSS）进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析和结构方程模型探讨社会支持、应对方式在生活事件与公务员主观幸福感之间的中介作用。结果：生活事件、社会支持、积极应对和消极应对能预测主观幸福感（β=-0.15、0.14、0.21、-0.15,均P〈0.01）。社会支持在生活事件与主观幸福感之间起完全中介作用,中介效应大小12.5%;积极应对方式、消极应对方式在社会支持与主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应大小为30.88%、9.20%。结构方程模型分析表明,同时考察社会支持和应对方式中介作用时,生活事件对主观幸福感的预测不再显著（β=-0.07,P〉0.05）,生活事件通过社会支持预测积极应对方式和消极应对方式,进一步间接预测主观幸福感,中介效应大小为50%。结论：公务员的社会支持和应对方式在生活事件与主观幸福感之间起到多重中介作用。Objective： To explore the impact of civil servants＇social support and coping style on the relationship between subjective well-being and life events. Methods： A total of 307 civil servants （191 males and 116 females; age ranged 24 -58 years） were surveyed with Index of Well-Being （IWB）, Life-Events Scale （LES）, Social Support Rate Scale （SSRS） and Coping Style Scale （CSS）. The mediating effect of social support and coping style on the relationship between subjective well-being and life events were examined with multiple linear regression a- nalysis and structure equation modeling. Results： The regression analysis showed that scores of LES, SSRS, and CSS predicted lWB effectively （β = -0. 15, 0. 14, 0. 21, -0. 15;Ps 〈 0. 01）. The social support fully mediated the relation between life event and subjective well-being, the mediation effects was 12. 5%. The positive coping style and negative coping style partially mediated the relation between social support and subjective well-being, the medi- ation effects were 30. 88% and 9.20%. The structure equation modeling results indicated that when considering the combined mediation effect of social support and coping style, the predictive effect of life events on the subjective well-being was no longer significant （β = - 0. 07, P 〉 0. 05）, the life events through social support affected posi-tive/negative coping styles, even further affected subjective well-being. Conclusion： The social support and coping style as mediators have effects on the relationship between life events and subjective well-being in civil servant.
