摘　　要：我国高校实验室经过多年的发展,硬件条件基本达到国际水平,但实验室在自主创新、科技竞争、人才培养等实验室软实力上与国外著名的高校实验室相比,还存在着一定的差距,这些差距在很大程度上同实验室的管理有关,提升实验室的管理水平对提高实验室的核心竞争力有着重要的意义。本文针对目前高校实验室管理中存在的问题,基于ISO/IEC 17025标准的实验室管理新方法,提出具体可行的改革措施。Over the years,the university laboratory has developed to international level on the hardware conditions,and there is a certain difference on independent innovation,science and technology competition,personnel training,etc.However,the difference is largely related to the management of the laboratory. So enhancing the management level of laboratory has great significance to improve the core competitiveness of the laboratory. In this paper,according to ISO /IEC 17025 standard,some new methods of laboratory management have been proposed aiming at the problems existing in the university laboratory management
