摘  要:为给烟草原料的选用提供科学依据,对福建龙岩、三明、南平中部片烟的常规化学成分与感官质量的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:福建龙岩产区云烟87烟叶总体质量要好于三明、南平产区烟叶;不同等级间感官质量与外观质量一致性较好,总体感官得分:C2F>C3F>C4F;在一定范围内,总氮与主要感官质量指标呈负相关,总糖、还原糖、施木克值与主要感官质量指标呈正相关,糖碱比与香气质、杂气呈负相关;烟碱与劲头呈显著正相关,焦油与主要感官质量指标呈正相关。For tobacco will provide a scientific basis for the selection of raw materials, in central fujian, longyan, sanming, nanping piece of smoke in the routine chemical components and sensory quality of correlation is analyzed. The results show that the fujian longyan region was over 87 tobacco is better overall quality in sanming, nanping region tobacco; The appearance quality of the sensory quality and consistency between different levels is better, overall sensory score: C2FC3FC4F; Within a certain range, the total nitrogen and negatively correlated with the main sensory quality index, total sugar, reducing sugar, Shi mu ke value and main sensory quality index were positively correlated, sugar alkali ratio and negatively correlated with the temperament, mixed gas; Nicotine and significant positive correlated to the momentum, tar and main sensory quality index were positively correlated.
