摘 要:随着航空、航天等领域的发展,气密封电连接器所起的作用已越来越重要。为了确保产品的质量,需要对每件产品的密封性能都进行检测。国军标GJB 1217A-2009方法 1008(空气泄漏法)是检测电连接器的密封性能的主要方法,但该方法却存在诸多问题。分析了空气泄漏法的缺陷后,运用差压法检测了电连接器的密封性,并对差压法检漏的方法、原理、模型和检测过程,以及差压检漏计算等问题逐一地进行了研究。With the development of aerospace field, hermetic electrical connectors have become more and more important. In order to guarantee the quality of the products, sealing capability detection needs to be couducted to every product. Method 1008 in the national military standard GJB 1217A-2009 (Air Leakage Method) is the main method to test the sealing performance of electrical connectors, but it still has many disadvantages. After analyzing the defects of air leakage method, differential pressure method is adopted to test the sealing performance of electrical connector. And then, the method, principle, model, process and calculation of differential presure method are studied one by one.
