中国种子企业动态核心能力的影响因素

摘　　要：首先阐述了企业动态核心能力的内涵和本质,界定了其影响因素;然后从行业和企业两个层面分析了中国种子企业的动态核心能力,并指出其发展趋势;接着构建了种子企业动态能力影响因素的层次分析结构,运用层次分析法得出各影响因素的权重;最后,针对影响中国种子企业动态核心能力的重要因素,即信息技术水平、信息化程度、研发创新能力、组织管理能力、组织学习能力和营销创新能力,提出针对性的建议和对策。Firstly,this paper discusses the connotation and essence of enterprise＇s dynamic core competence, and defines the influence fac- tors. And it analyze the dynamic core competence of domestic seed enterprises from two aspects, namely industry and enterprise, and points out the development trend. Then it constructs the analytic hierarchy structure for influence factors of seed enterpriseJs dynamic core competence,and gets the weights of influence factors by using the analytic hierarchy process. Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the enhancement of dynamic core competence of seed enterprises according to the main influencing factors,namely information technology level, informatization degree,R^D innovation ability,management organization ability,learning ability and sale innovation ability.
