摘  要:随着近几年高考招生环境的变化,专业设计同质化严重,导致互相抢占生源,竞争日趋白热化。高职广告设计专业要发展就必须针对文理科生源特点,改革人才培养模式;更新广告设计教育理念,紧贴市场和行业需求;加强专业内涵建设,强化办学特色;有效利用媒介,开展招生宣传工作;开拓招生市场,提高毕业生就业质量,打造专业品牌,为我国广告行业输送优秀的高级应用型技能人才。With the changes of the environment for college entrance enrollment within the several recent years, the rea-sons for which are as follows-the beginning of many vocational colleges to recruit the students of arts and sciences, and theserious homogeneity tendency of professional design, resulting in the phenomenon of the colleges rushing for the enrollment ofstudents by keeping watch for each other and leading to such heating-up competitions. If the major of advertising design is in-tended to develop, the model of cultivating talents has to be reformed in company with the admitted students" characteristics,the conception of advertising design education has to be updated to keep pace with the needs of market and industry, the pro-fessional connotation must be enhanced to strengthen school-running characteristics, all mass media must be effectively usedto boost the admission propaganda, the recruitment markets need to be created to improve the quality of graduates, and theprofessional brands should be established with the ultimate goal to supply outstanding senior applied and skilled talents.
