发电厂电气课程教学中培养学生的可雇佣性

摘　　要：通过合理设计课程内容,将可雇佣性培养融入到发电厂电气课程的教学中.针对电气主接线设计、电气设备的选择、断路器和隔离开关的原理与选择等课程内容,设计了相对应的教学方案,培养了学生的个人特质、核心技能和处理技能,提高了学生的初次就业能力和未来职业生涯中可持续发展能力.Student employability is embedded into the electrical part of power plant course teching by designing reasonably course content. With the teaching contents of the main electrical wiring design, electrical equipment choice, the principle and selection of circuit breaker and isolating switch, the corresponding teaching design is prevent. The teaching design promotes the training of personal characteristics, core skills and processing skills, and improves the student＇ s initial employment ability and sustainable development in the future occupation career ability.
