摘　　要：目的检测口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)患者颊黏膜和正常颊黏膜中S100A7的表达,探讨S100A7在OSF的发生、发展中的作用。方法收集10例正常颊黏膜组织、49例OSF患者颊黏膜组织(其中早期14例,中期19例,晚期16例),用免疫组化方法检测其S100A7的表达,比较并分析其表达差异。结果 1正常组和OSF早期组的S100A7阳性率(分别为0.0%和28.6%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),OSF中期组和晚期组的阳性率(分别为78.9%和93.8%),差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05),但OSF中期组和晚期组的阳性率皆高于正常组和OSF早期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2S100A7的表达量依次为:正常组(0.60±0.52)<OSF早期组(2.07±1.00)<OSF中期组(3.95±1.18)<OSF晚期组(5.25±1.24),各组两两之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 S100A7在OSF中表达升高,提示S100A7在OSF的发生、发展中可能起重要作用,有望作为评价OSF发生、发展的指标。[Objective] To check the expressions of SIOOA7 in the buccal mucosa of oral submucous fibrosis （OSF） patients and normal buccal mucosa and to explore how the SIOOA7 plays a role in OSF. [Methods] Buccal mucosa specimens of 10 normal and 49 OSF （14 early stage, 19 middle stage and 16 advanced stage） were collected, their expressions of S100A7 were checked by immunohistochemistry and the data were analyzed statistically. IRe- suits ] There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate between the normal group （0.0%） and early stage OSF group （28.6%）, or between the middle （78.9%） and advanced stage （93.8%） OSF group （P 〉 0.05）. Both the middle and advanced OSF groups showed a higher positive expression rate than normal group and early stage OSF group with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The expression levels of S100A7 were as follows： normal group （0.60±0.52） 〈 early stage group （2.07±1.00） 〈 middle stage group （3.95±1.18） 〈 advanced group （5.25±1.24）, with a significant difference between any two of them （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusions] Expression of SIOOA7 is upregulated in OSF patients, suggesting a potential role of SIOOA7 in the initiation and development of OSF and a promising biomarker to evaluate the initiation and development of OSF.
