发包方参与对IT接包企业服务创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：以IT服务接包企业为研究对象,研究发包方参与接包企业服务创新如何影响接包企业服务创新绩效。首先,基于相关理论,提出研究的概念模型与研究假设;其次,运用问卷调查的实证研究方法收集有效数据,并采用SPSS统计分析软件进行数据分析;最终通过对研究假设的验证发现,发包方参与的信息提供与共同开发对接包企业的服务创新绩效有显著的正向影响。IT outsource enterprises was taken as the object of this research. The main contents of this research is how out- sourcer participation affects service innovation performance of ITO enterprises. Firstly, by analysing of outsourcing - related theory ,the conceptual model and research hypotheses were proposed. Secondly ,through questionnaire to collect valid data, and then SPSS statistical analysis software was used to analyse data. Finally, the research hypotheses were tested, and the test results show that information providing and joint development has a significantly positive effect on service innovation performance of ITO enterprises.
