摘　　要：现代学徒制是当前西方国家在职业教育中为了培养适应企业需要和产业结构的高技能人才的人才培养模式,围绕加快转型升级,建设幸福广东,着力推进产业结构优化升级,提升自主创新能力的广东省急需培养规模宏大、结构合理、技术精湛的高技能人才队伍。通过现代学徒制,让企业与第三方机构积极参与职业教育,发挥高职院校和企业的双重作用,能有效培养高技能人才。Modem apprenticeship is a personnel training mode adopted by today＇ s western countries in vocational educa- tion. It aims to cultivate high-skilled talents who meet the requirements of enterprises and industrial structure. Centering on the task of accelerating the transformation and upgrading, constructing happy Guangdong, Guangdong are in urgent need of cultivating a group of high-skilled talents on a large scale, with reasonable structure and professional skills, so as to promote optimization and up- grading of the industrial structure and improve independent innovation ability. Through modern apprenticeship, enterprises and third-party institutions are able to actively participate in vocational education, which combines the efforts from both sides of higher vocational institutions and enterprises to effectively cultivate high-skilled talents .
