摘　　要：大学生涯规划是整个人生生涯规划的一部分,是生涯的阶段性设计和铺塾。通过对某医学院校新生生涯规划情况进行调查研究,发现大学新生对生涯规划了解不深,对所学专业缺乏深入的认识,以及缺乏必要的生涯规划等问题。因此,加强大学新生生涯规划教育就应该提高政府和学校的意识,加大投入,建设一支专业化队伍,全面优化生涯规划教育体系。School career planning is part of the life career planning, it＇s the design and shop Sook.of career stage. Through the freshmen in medical college career planning situation conduct research ,found that college freshmen do not know much of career planning.Lack of deep understanding of the profession and the necessary career planning and other issues. Therefore, the strengthening of Freshmen Career Education should raise awareness of government and schools, increase investment, and build a professional team, fully optimize career planning education system.
