摘　　要：如何发挥地方师范院校课程在社会发展和人才需求作用,生物学科人才的培养需要高质量的实验教学体系作为依托,针对当前植物生理学实验教学现状,在教学过程中进行系列调整和改进,优化实验教学设计,更新实验内容体系,通过模块实验,减少单项验证性实验,增加综合性实验、设计创新性实验、社会实践平台等途径进行教学改革,推动植物生理学实验教学,提高教学质量和创新型人才能力培养,促进地方经济发展。To meet the needs of social development and innovative personnel, improving teaching quality of experimental course is essential for the cultivation of talents in biology science. This paper, tak- ing the opportunity of this situation, explores how to improve the teaching quality, develop practical skills and innovative capacity of students, as well as boost the local economic development. Such measures are efficient as reforming teaching methods, renewing experimental content, reducing single verification experiment, increasing the module experiment and comprehensive experiments, making perfect design in innovative experiments.
