摘 要:在治理语境中的教育政策制定,是一种以各种利益相关者的广泛参与为基础,以实现与教育政策相关的不同主体间利益"最大公约数"为宗旨。教育政策制定的回应机制是一个完整的过程,由回应主体、回应客体、回应渠道、回应反馈等方面构成。设计适应社会治理的教育政策制定回应机制,首先,应加强体现治理理念的教育政策制定回应平台建设;其次,进一步完善教育政策制定主体间的信息畅通渠道;再次,建立与完善教育政策制定回应机制与制度;最后,创新对教育政策制定回应的监督和绩效评估机制。Education policies in the context of governance, is a way to various stakeholders broad participation as the basis, in order to achieve education policy related to different subject interests by "greatest common divisor". The response mechanism of educational policy is a complete process, which is composed of the main body, the object, the channel, the feedback and so on. Designed to adapt to the education policy response mechanism of social governance, first of all, the concept of governance should be strengthened reflect the education policy-makers to respond to platform; secondly, to further improve the educational policy making between the main flow of information channels; thirdly, establishing and improving the educational policy to make mechanism and response system;Finally, the innovation of education policy in response to the supervision and performance evaluation mechanism.
