摘  要:以我国制造业科技人才创新绩效为研究对象,采集了2000—2012年规模以上制造业科技活动统计面板数据,构建了心理契约、创新气候与科技人才创新绩效的显性指标体系,并研究了三者之间的关系。研究发现:制造业科技人才与企业之间显现出交易型心理契约特征,高级人才与企业之间显现出平衡型心理契约特征;组织创新气候各因素对科技人才创新绩效影响各不相同,研发投入和政府支持力度为正向效应,技术引进、市场和技术竞争为负向效应。Based on the scientific and technical personnel's innovation performance as our research object, we collected the scientific and technical activation data of the manufacturing industry above designated size during the period from 2000 to 2012, we constructed the explicit index systems of psychological contract, organizational innovation climate and the scientif- ic and technical personnel^s innovation performance, and investigate the relationship among these systems. The empirical research indicates that there exists the significant characteristic of transactional psychological contract between the scientif- ic and technical personnel and the manufacturing industry's enterprises, and there also exists the balanced psychological contract between these enterprises and the senior talent. The influence on the innovation performance shows different manifestation by these factors in organizational innovation climate, R&D investment and government support have positive effect on the performance, the effect of technology acquisition, market and technological competition have just the opposite influence. Eventually,some correlative suggestions for improving the efficiency of technology talents have been put forward.
