摘 要:目的初步探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法,在提高艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)对疾病的认知及依从性的作用。方法随机抽取纳入"艾滋病抗病毒治疗数据管理系统"的HIV/AIDS病人100例,随机分为PBL组和对照组(每组含新治病人10例,在治病人40例),分别采用PBL教学法结合直视宣教及常规教育后,对病人进行考核。结果共回收47例PBL组和43例对照组病人试卷。PBL组病人平均成绩(77.77±14.09)分,对照组病人(73.95±10.44)分;37例PBL经治组病人平均成绩(77.84±15.29)分,33例对照经治组病人(74.24±10.62)分,差异有统计学意义(T值分别为1675.00、996.00,均P<0.05);10例PBL新治组病人平均成绩为(77.50±8.90)分,分别与10例对照新治组病人(73.00±10.33)分及37例PBL经治组病人相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PBL教学法结合直视宣教可提高HIV/AIDS病人对疾病的认知及依从性,远期效果有待进一步研究。Objective To explore the role problem-based learning(PBL)in improving HIV/AIDS patients' awareness of their condition and adherence.Methods Two groups of patients were randomly selected from AIDS antiretroviral therapy data management system with 50 in each group(10new patients and 40 in treatment patients).The PBL group was educated using PBL combined with education under direct vision while the control group was educated regularly.Assessment was given to each group after education.Results The number of paper returned from PBL group and control group was 47 and 43,respectively.The average grade of PBL group(77.77±14.09)was higher than that of control group(73.95±10.44),and the average grade of the 37 patients in treatment in the PBL group(77.84±15.29)was higher than that of the 33 patients in treatment in the control group(74.24±10.62),which was statistically significant(t=1675.00,996.00;P〈0.05).There is no statistically significance between the average grade of the 10 new patients in the PBL group(77.50±8.90)and that of the 10 new patients in the control group(73.00±10.33)or that of the 37 patients in treatment in the PBL group(P〉0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with education under direct vision was relatively effective in improving HIV/AIDS patients' awareness of their condition and adherence,and its long-term effects needs to be further studied.
