摘　　要：非全日制医学研究生是医学研究生的重要组成部分.为了解基层医院以同等学力申请硕士学位人员学习医学统计学的情况,进一步提高课程教学质量,使教学改革更具有针对性提供参考依据,本文对参加首都医科大学医学统计学课程学习及结业考试的493名非全日制医学研究生进行了问卷调查.调查结果表明,学员认为应当进一步完善教学内容并加强薄弱环节教学,提高实验教学的效率和针对性,采用多种教学形式如网络教学以解决基层医务人员临床工作与学习时间的冲突问题.Medical education for part-time graduate students is an important part of medical postgraduate education.In order to understand the present situation of learning medical statistics for the inservice staff who applying for master＇ s degree to further improve the quality of teaching,493 subjects who attended the courses and final examination were recruited in the study for a questionnaire survey.The main survey contents include statistical knowledge before attending the course,teaching content and schedule,learning and the overall evaluation of the course.The results show that we should further improve the teaching content,strengthen the teaching weakness,improve the efficiency and relevance of experimental teaching,and adopt a variety of teaching methods such as online teaching to resolve conflicts between work time and study time for medical staff.
