摘 要:临床病理住院医师规范化培训是培养合格病理医师的重要途径,具有独特的专业特点.按照“321+2”模式对培训医师进行分层培养,即本科毕业生、病理学硕士生、博士生第一阶段培训时间分别为3年、2年和1年.考核合格者方可进入第二阶段培训,培训时间为2年.从热爱病理学专业、责任心与沟通能力的培养、病理诊断基本功训练和病理诊断思维能力的培养及教学和科研能力的培养等几个方面因材施教,培养临床病理住院医师的综合能力.经过培训的临床病理住院医师具有较扎实的外科病理诊断基础和一定的教学、科研能力,为其以后的职业生涯奠定了较好的基础.Standardized training of clinical pathology residents is an important way to cultivate qualified clinical pathologists and has its unique professional features.Hierarchical training was used to teach clinical pathology residents according to "321 +2" model.The training time of the first phase for Graduates,Master and Ph.D.students of pathology was 3 years,2 years and 1 year,respectively.Those who passed the examination of the first phase of standardized training of residents would be allowed to accept the second phase training about 2 years.To improve their comprehensive abilities,clinical pathology training residents were individually taught by training on professional enjoyment and responsibility,communication skills,basic skills and diagnostic thinking abilities of pathological diagnosis and the capability of teaching and research.Clinical pathology residents who passed the examination of the second phase of standardized training of residents have a more solid foundation of pathological diagnosis and capabilities of teaching and research,which will be their good foundations for further clinical pathology.
