摘　　要：本文探讨了英国国家医疗服务体系、全科医生的培训模式、执业方式、考核体系,借鉴英国全科医学教育体系,结合我国基本国情,提出了发展我国全科医学教育的建议.Through theoretical study and training in the UK,it analysizes and discusses the British National Health Service,general practitioner training model,employment model,assessment system.Drawing on the British general practice education system,combined with basic national conditions in China,it proposes aspects which we could learn and reference for the current development of general practice in China.
