医学院校本科教学“质量工程”项目建设机制的探索

摘　　要：“高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程”（以下简称“质量工程”）是继“211工程”和“985工程”之后我国在高等教育领域实施的又一项重要工程.医学教育除了具有高等教育的一般特点外还具有其特殊性.“质量工程”对于提高医学教育质量,加快医学人才培养模式创新具有重要的意义.本文结合国内及大连医科大学的具体情况,分析了医学院校“质量工程”建设中存在的问题,并提出“质量工程”项目建设机制,包括建立科学的规划机制,营造公平公开的竞争机制,完善培育与管理机制以及建立“申报——建设——验收——应用”的良性机制等.＂Teaching quality and teaching reform project in high school＂ （referred to as the ＂quality project＂） is an important project as the ＂211 Project＂ and ＂985 Project＂ in our country.The general characteristics of medical education is with higher education but also has the particularity,how to improve the quality of medical education,accelerate the innovation of the model has an important meaning of training medical talents.This paper analyses the construction problems of＂ quality engineering＂ in medical colleges,and put forward the mechanism of＂ quality project＂,including：establishment of scientific planning mechanism,create a fair competitive mechanism in public,cultivate and improve the management mechanism and the establishment of a ＂ declaration of construction approval application ＂ benign mechanism.It has the reference value for the undergraduate course teaching of ＂quality project＂ of medical colleges.
