摘　　要：医师职业精神是医学科学精神与医学人文精神的统一,其要素的构成体现为医术精湛和医德高尚两个层面.人文精神要素是医师职业精神的集中体现,伦理精神是医师素养的“灵魂”,是医师职业精神的核心.塑成医师职业精神的过程中,在政府政策支持下,医学院校应当有所作为：首先,要明确医师职业精神培育的核心目标;其次,要构建塑成医师职业精神的人才培养模式;最后,要利用医学人文与医学技能大赛作为检验培育效果的评价手段.Physician professionalism is the unity of the spirit of medical science and medical humanities.The composition of the elements contains superb skills and noble medical ethics.Humanistic spirit elements are the concentrated reflection of physician＇ s professionalism and the ethical spirit is the ＂soul＂ of medical quality,which is the core of medical professionalism.Formed in the process of medical professionalism,medical colleges and universities should do something with the support of government＇s policy.First,medical colleges and universities must clear the core objectives of physician professionalism;Second,it should build the training mode of physician professionalism;Finally,it should use medical humanities and medical skills contest as a testing evaluation means of cultivating target.
