摘　　要：目的 阐述目前药学专业本科生创新能力培养中存在的问题,通过参与科研项目探讨药学专业本科生创新能力培养新途径.方法 通过积极引导学生参与教师、企业科研课题,启动创新能力培养的一系列工程,如大学生实验技能大赛、大学生科技创新计划等系列活动,着力培养本科生的创新能力,促进教师创新团队的发展.结果 通过参加科研项目,药学专业本科生分析问题、解决问题的能力,动手能力和科研兴趣逐渐提高.结论 药学专业本科生参与科研项目是提高创新能力和培养良好科研素质的有效途径.Objective The aim of this study is to discuss the problem of innovation ability cultivation of undergraduate,and to explore a new mode of innovative cultivation of undergraduate specialize in pharmacy by participating in the research projects.Methods A few methods can be applied in encouraging undergraduate to participate in the scientific research project of the teacher and enterprise in order to enhance the innovation ability and such as the college students＇ innovative planning and other activities to cultivate innovation ability of undergraduate and promote the development of teachers＇ innovation team.Results The innovation ability of undergraduate such as the solving problems,analyzing ability and interest in scientific research have significantly increased.Conclusions Participating in scientific research projects of pharmaceutical undergraduate is an effective way to improve innovation ability and to develop good scientific quality.
