摘　　要：超声医学住院医师规范化培训是为各级医疗机构培养具有良好的职业道德、扎实的超声医学理论知识和临床技能以及能够独立和规范地承担利用超声技术诊断的常见病和多发病的超声医学人才.本文分析了北京大学人民医院超声医学住院医师规范化培训现状及存在的问题,并详细阐述了超声医学住院医师规范化培训新模式的构建,及其在实际中的应用和取得的初步成效,目的在于更好地培养超声医学专科医师.The aim of the construction of the standardized training model for resident doctors in the ultrasonography department is to cultivate personnel majored in ultrasound medicine with good professional ethics,solid theoretical knowledge,and clinical skills,who can take on the clinical job of standardized diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring disease dependently in different levels of hospitals.In this article,we analyzed the standardized residency training situation and existing problems in the ultrasound department,and had built a new model of standardized residency training combining with the development of ultrasonic medicine,the practice has achieved initial success.
