摘　　要：对我国护士执业准入管理的现状进行分析，指出我国护士执业准入管理中存在护士执业资格考试制度不健全、缺乏统一的护士执业准入标准、准入后的继续教育制度不完善的问题，提出制定我国护士执业准入标准、改革护理教学适应新的护士执业资格考试、完善继续护理学教育制度、建立专科护士培训基地的准入指标体系，从法治层面规范护士执业准入管理制度。Objective To analyze the status quo of nurse practice permission management, and show clearly some problems about unsound qualification examination system, the lack of unified nurse practice permission standards, unsound continuing education system after the access, put forward to make the nurse practice access standards, reform nursing teaching in order to adapt to the new nurse qualification examination, set up access standards system of specialist nurse training base, from the aspect of the rule of law normalize nurse practice permission management system.
