摘 要:比较HPD系列5种大孔树脂对白胡椒中胡椒碱提取物的纯化效果,考察胡椒碱原液质量浓度、解析液乙醇体积分数及上柱液流速对静态和动态试验的影响,确定HPD 722大孔树脂纯化胡椒碱的最适工艺条件为:上柱液胡椒碱质量浓度2.6 mg/m L,流速3 m L/min,上样体积110 m L,200 m L无水乙醇洗脱。此条件下,吸附率53.059%,解析率69.012%,胡椒碱得率可达36.617%。HPD 722 resin was selected from 5 types of HPD macroporous resins to purify the piperine extracted from white pepper. The effects of piperine concentration,ethanol concentration and sample flow velocity on adsorption and desorption capabilities through the static and dynamic test were studied. The results showed that the optimum process conditions for purifying piperine using HPD 722 resin were as follows: sample concentration 2. 6 mg / m L,flow velocity 3 m L / min,the maximum injection volume 110 m L,and amount of absolute ethanol as desorption solvent 200 m L. Under such conditions,the adsorption ratio was 53. 059%,the desorption ratio was 69. 012%,the yield of piperine could reach to 36. 617%.
