摘　　要：随着"微时代"的到来,信息传播呈碎片化和扁平化发展,作为主要网民群体的高校学生可以更加自主地运用自媒体发出群体的声音,参与到学校的内部管理中。文章采用场域理论视角分析了高校管理向高校治理转变的时代性和转变过程中存在的主要问题。以文化(信息)资本为切入点,重点分析了高校内部治理场域的把握重点在于关注信息的"核心节点"和"桥节点"。With the advent of Micro -era, dissemination of information was fragmented and flatted. As the main group of netizens, college students have more sounds to participate in the internal management of the school. From the perspective of the theory about field, we can see epochal character of the transformation from the university management to university governance and the main problems during transformation. Taking cultural capital as the breakthrough point, the paper pointed out that the key of university＇ s inner governance is to grasp the key points and the connection point.
