摘　　要：高等应用技术职业教育是高等教育重要组成部分,是国家产业转型升级的智力支撑。提高高等技术职业教育层次,加强应用技术本科教育教学质量内涵建设是高等教育发展的必然要求。产业升级、经济结构调整与创新驱动,迫切需要高等应用技术职业教育体系的完善与发展。从我国台湾地区高等技职教育人才培养的角度出发,详尽分析我国台湾地区应用技术型大学办学理念、办学方法与人才培养模式,对探究我国大陆地区建设应用技术型大学,尤其是财经类应用技术型大学的价值导向与路径建设有着重要借鉴意义。Education on advanced applied technology is an important part of higher education and it is an intellectual support for industrial transformation and upgrading in China. It is inevitable for the development of higher education to improve the structure of higher education on advanced applied technology and to enforce connotation construction of applied technology teaching quality for undergraduates. Industrial upgrading, economic structure adjustment and innovationdriven all urgently need the improvement and development of higher vocational education system of applied technology. From the perspective of fostering talents of vocational education in Taiwan, China, the paper gives a detailed analysis about the ideal, method and talents fostering pattern of universities of applied technology in Taiwan, China, which will offer reference for mainland path construction and value of universities of applied technology, especially for finance and economic universities.
