摘  要:讨论课是在教师指导下以学生活动为主的教学形式,是第四军医大学生物化学与分子生物学教学的重要组成部分。近年来,适应我校的模块式教学改革需求,我们在以往的实践基础上,对生物化学讨论课的组织实施进行了系统优化,建立了科学合理的衡量标准和考核方式,实行及时有效的教学效果评估与反馈,实现了全面培养与提高学员的综合素质与能力,并充分促进了教学相长。因此,讨论课作为一种课堂教学新模式,是培养学员思维能力和综合素质、提高教学效果的有效方法和手段,值得进一步完善和推广。Discussion course is a teaching mode whereby the students play major roles under instruction of the teachers. It is an important component of teaching method utilized in the course of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Fourth Military Medical University. According to our past experience and the requirement of the modular teaching reform, we systematically optimized the process of organization and implement of the discussion course, established scientific and reasonable criteria and evaluating method, and carried out timely and effective evaluation and students' response for teaching effect, so that the comprehensive quality and ability of the students were improved and teaching and learning benefited from each other. Thus, as a new classroom-teaching mode, discussion course serves as good ways and means for training the students in their thinking and comprehensive quality, worthy of further improvement and application.
