对《伤寒论》“郑声”之探讨

摘　　要：郑声是神志病语言异常证之一,郑声作为病名首次被张仲景提出,但在《伤寒论》中仅出现一处。由于仲景对此病症描述过少,影响了后世学者对其认识的深化。从郑声的来源及含义,郑声的证治,郑声的常见病证3方面入手,总结后世医家对郑声含义的认识,郑声病机纯虚无实,邪实正虚,证治分阴阳,对郑声常出现的10种病证进行整理总结,从而对郑声的认识更加全面化,为临床神志病的诊治提供一定的参考。Zhengsheng is one of the abnormal mind diseases,Zhengsheng was put forward by ZHANG Zhongjing for the first time in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,but only one time. Zhongjing didn＇t described Zhengsheng in detail,which influenced the scholars＇ deeper understanding on this disease. From the origin and meaning,syndrome treatment and common diseases,summarizes the later scholars kinds of understanding about the meanings of Zhengsheng,discusses Zhengsheng syndrome treatment of the pathogenesis which including deficiency syndrome,actual situation mixture,yin and yang syndrome,and expounds 10 kinds of common disease of Zhengsheng. Through the above research,we can have a comprehensive understanding of the Zhengsheng,and get certain reference for the clinic mind diseases diagnosis and treatment.
