摘 要:往复柱塞泵用途广用量大,但在用的电磁开关阀或单向阀配流系统结构松散、压力损失大、成本高、容积效率受工作频率影响大。本文首先提出了将往复直线运动转化为单向旋转运动的直动主动杆圆柱导槽凸轮机构,进而形成往复柱塞泵转套式配流系统的结构原理,利用柱塞的往复运动驱动配流套单向转动,实现配流功能,克服了阀式配流系统的诸多弊端。给出了凸轮槽型线和各主要结构件中心角的设计要求,为转套式配流系统的进一步设计研究提供了依据。Although reciprocating plunger pump is widely and vastly used now, there exists many demerits for its distributing- flow system comprising check valve or solenoid valve, such as the structure,pressure loss and cost is big, and volumetric efficiency is greatly influenced by the working frequency. Based on the active-rod cylinder guiding-slot cam mechanism, put forward in this paper, converting reciprocating linear movement into single direction rotation, the structural principle of rotating-sleeve distribu- ting-flow system for reciprocating plunger pump came into being. The new type system has conquered the shortcomings of the tra- ditional by means of the inherent movement of plunger to drive the sleeve, then to realize the distribution of flow. The design re- quirements for the line shape of cam and the structural center angles of main parts are given also, which are the basis of further study on the design of the system.
