摘 要:目的近年来肿瘤的发病率逐年升高,而膳食是影响肿瘤发生发展的重要因素,对于膳食纤维影响作用的研究也越来越多。本文将对膳食纤维摄入与各种常见恶性肿瘤发病和预后的关系进行系统回顾。方法检索发表的相关文献,特别是meta分析,对其结果进行汇总。结果有较为充足的证据表明高膳食纤维摄入与乳腺癌发病存在负相关,而与其他肿瘤的关系尚不明确。少量的预后研究提示膳食纤维可能与乳腺癌、结直肠癌的预后存在负相关关系。结论增加膳食纤维摄入可降低乳腺癌的发病风险,关于膳食纤维与其他肿瘤的相关关系及膳食纤维对肿瘤预后的影响,尚需国内外更多高质量的流行病学研究来加以确认。Objective The incidence rate of kinds of cancers has increased in recent years. As we know, diet plays an important role in the development of cancer, so is the dietary ifber. The aim of this study was to achieve a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between dietary ifber intake and cancers risk.Methods Studies, especially meta analysis, about dietary ifber intake and cancers risk were searched.Results Higher dietary ifber intake is inversely associated with breast cancer, while the associations of dietary ifber with risk of other cancers is controversial and inconclusive. A few studies suggested that breast cancer and colorectal cancer patients with high dietary ifber intake may bea better prognosis for survival.Conclusions Higher dietary ifber intake is associated with a lower risk of breast cancer. Well designed epidemiological studies are warranted to further verify the association between dietary ifber intake and the risk and prognosis of cancers.
