摘  要:目的探讨模拟研究法在《护理研究》教学中的应用效果,为进一步提高护生的科研技能寻求一种更为有效的培养途径。方法对浙江某学院2011届136名护理本科生采用模拟研究法开展《护理研究》课程的教学,以护理研究的基本步骤为主线,由护生主动形成自身的研究问题,并围绕该问题逐步展开科学研究,撰写科研报告。另以传统教学法的2010届137名护理本科生作为对照。运用自行设计的科研技能自评量表对2组护生进行科研能力测评;并运用方差分析法进行统计分析。结果模拟研究法护生的科研能力总分与传统教学法护生有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中科研技能评估的六个维度得分在2组中均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在《护理研究》教学中,采用模拟研究法可以明显提高护生的科学研究技能,值得进一步完善。Objective To explore the effect of simulation research method of Nursing Research, to further improve the research skills of nursing students and to seek an effective way of training. Methods Simulation research method was carried out among 136 nursing undergraduates in grade 2011 in the course of Nursing Research. The basic steps of nursing research were taken as the main line in the teaching. The students formed research questions then conducted scientific research on the questions and reported their findings. And traditional teaching method was carried out among another 137 nursing undergraduates in grade 2010. The research ability of nursing students was measured by a self-designed scale. The data of students ’ scientific research ability were analyzed through ANOVA. Results The total scores of research ability of nursing students with simulation research method and traditional teaching indicated significant difference (P〈0.05) and the scores of six dimensions of scientific research skills presented significantly statistical significance in students with different methods (P〈0.05). Conclusion Simulation research method of Nursing Research is beneficial to the improvement of nursing students ’ scientific research ability, which deserves for further study.
