摘　　要：在全国21个省、市调查问卷的基础上,对城乡居民关注食品营养标签的内容进行主成分分析,结果表明:从城乡整体来看,食品营养及生产信息、食品时间信息、食品品牌信息、食品营养含量信息等是城乡居民关注营养标签的主要内容,尤其是食品营养及生产信息。城市居民对食品营养标签中的产品标准更加关注,而农村居民对食品营养及含量更加关注。最后,提出加大对消费者的宣传教育、加强政府引导以及规范企业行为等政策建议。On the basis of questionnaire survey in 21 areas of China,Principal Component Analysis was used to analyze urban and rural residents＇ concern about food nutrition label. The results showed that food nutrition and processing information,food time information,food brand information,and food nutrient content information were all important component for consumers＇ concern about food nutrition label,especially,the food nutrition and processing information. What＇s more,urban consumers paid more attention to product standards,while nutrition products content for rural consumers. Finally,policy recommendations were put forward including improving consumers＇ education,strengthening government guidance and standardizing enterprise behavior.
