摘　　要：目的通过检测Annexin A1在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达,探讨其与甲状腺乳头状癌的关系与意义。方法取69例甲状腺乳头状癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织切片,使用二步法免疫组织化学染色观察Annexin A1在甲状腺乳头状癌和癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果 Annexin A1在癌组织中高表达。癌组织表达61例(88.41%),癌旁正常组织表达6例(8.69%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在淋巴结转移和肿瘤直径大于或等于1cm的患者中,Annexin A1表达高于肿瘤小于1cm的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Annexin A1的高表达,提示其可能为甲状腺乳头状癌潜在的生物学标记物。Objective To explore the correlations between Annexin A1 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics in carcinoma of papillary thyroid. Methods The different expressions of annexin A1 in papillary thyroid tissue and para-carinoma tissue were investigated by immunohistochemistry. Results Among 69 samples tissues of papillary thyriod carcinoma, the positive rate of annexin A1 was higher than that of 69 para-earcinoma tissues（88.41% vs. 8.69%）, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Furthermore,the expression of annexin A1 was correlation with the lymph node metastasis and tumor size,which was higher in ≥1 cm diameter of tumor（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High AnnexinA1 positive expression in papillary thyroid cancer tissues is associated with tumor malignant progression,which might be a valuable predictor and potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
