摘　　要：成人教育是形成学习型社会的主渠道,其中,管理是支持体系。对成人高等学历教育教学管理进行研究,目的在于改善教学管理模式,优化教学管理机制,促进教学管理绩效的提升,保证教学管理目标的实现,从而最大限度地提高教学管理效果和效率。而学分制管理,已成为现代高等教育制度中的最重要的有机组成部分。Adult education is the main channel to form a learning society,and the management is the supporting system. The study of adult higher diploma education teaching management is to improve the teaching management mode,optimize teaching management mechanism,to promote the performance of teaching management,to ensure to achieve the goals of teaching management,so as to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency. The credit system management has become the most important organic component in the modern higher education system.
