摘　　要：英语表达的流畅性和准确性是建立在对英语语言技能的自动化程度以及该语言的人文知识之上的。语言技能的自动化是要经过长时间的、反复练习的过程之后才能达到的,而这种练习是不能脱离生活、脱离文化的,否则,没有文化内涵的练习是枯燥的,无法完成长时间反复练习的过程。只有同步习得英语的认知功能和表达功能,进行以文化为基础的技能训练,有意识培养学生掌握以英语为载体的西方文化,形成语言与文化并重的评估模式,才能使西方文化渗透于英语语言技能习得全过程。Fluency and accuracy of English speaking rely on the automation of language skills and cultural knowledge acquired in process of English learning. Only after language skill drill for a long time,can you reach the level of automation in language skills,which are practiced in cultural environment; otherwise,the learning would be boring. Language and culture can＇ t be separated from each other,English learning begins simultaneously with its cognition and expression of culture. It is an effective way to acquiring English skills with cultural infiltration by practicing on basis of culture,focusing on language and culture in English teaching and evaluation.
