摘  要:综合能力培养的确对高等教育具有深远的意义。为了让学生更好地进行综合性、创新型实验,首先必须重视并提高基础性实验教学质量,确保实验达到科学实践的效果。从基础性实验教学的组织与实施方面探究了提高基础性实验教学质量的管理方法:加强实验前、实验中与实验后的组织与实施,从严要求学生认真对待基础性实验,确保学生能较好地掌握实验的基本方法和技能,养成良好的科学素质,能较好地运用基础知识进行基本科学实验。Culture of comprehensive ability indeed has far-reaching significance for higher education. But the quality of the basic experiment teaching shall be attached importance and improved in first, in order to let students better perform comprehensive, innovative experiments, to ensure the experiments reach scientific practice effect. In this paper, from the aspect of the organization and implementation of the basic experiment teaching, the management methods of improving the basic experiment teaching were researched: strengthen the organization and implementation of the pre-experiment, experiment and post-experiment, the students were demanded to treat the basic experiments seriously, in order to ensure that students can better grasp the basic experimental methods and skills, develop good scientific quality, can conduct scientific experiments with scientific basic knowledge.
