互联网新常态下高校“思政课”青年教师职业素质的提升

摘　　要：高校"思政课"承担着培养大学生树立社会主义核心价值观,成为经济社会发展优秀人才的光荣使命。"思政课"青年教师连接着高校思想政治教育工作的现实与未来,他们职业素质、能力的高与低、优与劣直接关系着所培养人才的质量。面对新时期互联网新常态下带来的挑战,必须从道德素质、文化素质、业务素质和身心素质四个方面来提升高校思政课青年教师的职业素质。Ideological and political theory course bears glorious mission to establish the socialist core values of college students in order to become talents of the economic and social development. Young teachers are related closely with reality and future of the ideological and political work in higher education, so, the high and low, the superior and inferior of their professional quality and capacity are directly related to good or bad quality of the talents who are trained by them. Internet has become the new normal during the new era, it is essential to promote the professional quality of young teachers from four aspects of moral quality, cultural quality, professional quality, and physical and mental quality.
