发展校园足球现存主要问题及改进策略

摘　　要：校园足球作为振兴中国足球的社会冀望,已被纳入国家发展战略。研究认为,由国家体育总局转向教育部主导的校园足球面对各方利好条件,但同时在发展运行中也还存在着诸多问题:对前期阶段总结的不够及时深入;校园足球发展的角色定位错位;发展目标设置重结果轻过程、脱离现实;实施内容缺乏育人意蕴;责任主体的权责划分不清。改进策略:校园足球回归教育本位,消除利益驱使心理,深化校园足球育人本质,强化体制改革与机制创新,净化和谐校园足球环境。School football as the social expectation for the revitalization of Chinese football,has been incorporated into the national development strategy. Studies suggest that the domination of school football transferred from the State General Administration of Sports to the Ministry of Education is beneficial to all,but there are still some problems in the operation,including： untimely and not in- depth summary on the early development; role dislocation for the development of school football;result overweighing process in setting development goals,being not practical; lack of education connotation in the implement; unclear rights and responsibility division for the liability subject. It is suggested that we should return school football to education standard,eliminate the profit- driven psychology and deepen the school football education essence to promote its healthy and orderly development.
