摘　　要：为了实现武器系统与发射工程专业应用型人才培养目标,推动学校导弹发射与定向瞄准技术国家级实验教学示范中心的建设,围绕学员的工程实践能力、动手能力和创新思维的培养,分别从创新实验教学体系、更新实验教学内容、改进实验教学模式等方面,对中心的实验教学进行改革。构建了一个适合武器系统与发射工程专业培养目标要求、以能力培养为主线的"一体化、分阶段、多层次"的独立实验课程体系;跟踪当代先进技术,更新实验教学内容;将科研成果转化为实验教学资源,以部队建设和发展需求为导向,创新实验教学模式,提高了学员对专业知识的运用能力。In order to realize the target of talent cultivation about weapon system and launching engineering, and to promote the construction of national experimental teaching demonstration center about missile launching and orientation aiming technology, experimental teaching was reformed by revolving around the cultivation of engineering practice ability that contains operation and innovative thinking, Experimental teaching system was updated and experimental teaching model was improved. An independent experimental course system which focuses on cultivating ability is integrated. The system is with multi-phase and multi-level construction. In order to improve the students＇ abilities such as applying knowledge, learning oneself and manual operation handling problem, many measures, such as following advanced technology, updating experimental teaching contents, converting research results into experimental teaching resources and innovating experimental teaching model, were taken. These measures improved the construction of national experimental teaching demonstration center.
