“以人为本”建设高校实验室安全文化

摘　　要：加强实验室安全文化建设,能够进一步提升实验室的育人作用,促进校园文化建设。针对目前高校实验室安全事故频发现状以及实验室安全管理存在的问题,论文分析了高校实验室安全文化内涵,指出了实验室安全文化建设的必要性。重点从构建"以人文本"的实验室安全文化体系、创新实验室安全文化活动载体、提倡学生自我管理以及加强"实验室安全"课程建设等多方面着手,设计出实验室安全文化建设路径,进一步推进校园文化建设。Strengthening the laboratory safety culture construction and further enhancing the educational function of the laboratory can promote the construction of campus culture. In view of the current university laboratory safety accidents in present situation and problems of laboratory safety management,this paper analyzes the cultural connotation of laboratory safety,points out the necessity of laboratory safety culture construction. From the point of constructing the laboratory safety culture system based on humanism, innovation laboratory activity carrier, it promotes the students ＇ self management and strengthen the laboratory safety ＂ course＂ construction and other aspects,designs the path of laboratory safety culture construction. At the same time,this paper introduces the experience of ＂ Guangdong University of Technology Laboratory Safety Culture Month＂.
