摘  要:目的了解桂林市2008-2012年市售食品金属污染状况、食品安全状况,探讨当地空气、水与土壤的污染状况。方法对2008-2012年桂林市市售部分食品的铅、镉和汞的含量检测数据做描述性分析。结果 182份食品中铅超标率为17.03%(31/182),镉超标率为9.34%(17/182),汞超标率为17.03%(31/182)。在超标的食品中,以根茎类及叶菜类蔬菜铅超标严重,占67.74%(21/31);谷物及其制品镉和汞超标严重,分别占64.70%(11/17)和80.65%(25/31)。结论该市部分食品的金属污染情况较严重,其金属污染的来源可能为本地区的土壤污染。Objective To understand situation of metal contamination in commercially available food in Guilin from 2008 to 2012 as well as its food security situation,and to investigate the local pollution of air,water and soil. Methods Descriptive analysis was used to analyze those test data of the content of Pb,Cd and Hg in some commercially available food in Guilin from 2008 to 2012. Results Among 182 food samples,exceeding standard rates of Pb,Cd and Hg were 17. 03%( 31 /182),9. 34%( 17 /182) and 17. 03%( 31 /182) respectively. Of all these foods,the Pb in root vegetables and leafy vegetables exceeded the standard seriously,accounted for 67. 74%( 21 /31). And Cd and Hg of grain and its product also exceeded the standard significantly,accounted for 64. 70%( 11 /17) and 80. 65%( 25 /31) respectively. Conclusion The metal contamination of some foods is serious in Guilin,and it may result from the local soil pollution.
