外语专业女大学生就业难问题的实证研究——以地方工科院校为例

摘　　要：女大学生就业难是社会各界共同关注的焦点问题。相比文科院校,工科院校的外语专业女生就业困难问题更为突出,就业日渐边缘化。文章通过对江苏某工科大学外语专业女生的问卷调查分析,发现造成这一特殊群体就业难现象的主要原因是专业素养、职业规划、择业价值观、自我认知等方面的问题,指出工科院校必须从构建学科广度、加大职业生涯指导力度、提升理想高度、拓宽素质厚度等方面加强和改进对外语专业女大学生教育管理以及就业工作,从而促进女大学生成功就业。Female college students＇ employment difficulty is the focus of society from all walks of life together. Compared with the liberal arts colleges, foreign language major female students employment difficulty is more outstanding and theirs employment has increasingly been marginalized in university of technology. This paper, based on a survey of foreign language major female students in a university of technology from Jiangsu Province, analyzes the main reason of employment difficulty from this special group characteristics , points out universities of technology should strengthen the education management and employment work by building subject breadth, increasing the intensity of career guidance, ascension ideal heights and broadening the thickness of the quality to promote female students＇s employment.
