新建地方本科院校参与新一轮评估的几点思考

摘　　要：新建地方本科院校是高等教育大众化的产物,是高等教育体系的重要组成部分,也是地方发展的推动力量。面对新一轮本科教学评估,新建地方本科院校应认清评估深意,紧跟评估转变;把握自我评估,找准自我定位;健全质量报告,完善质量体系;体现内涵评估、实现内涵发展;防止过度重视,避免过度依赖。The newly built local undergraduate colleges are the product of the popularization of higher edu-cation.It is an important part of higher education system,and it is also the driving force of the local devel-opment.Faced with the new round of undergraduate teaching assessment,newly built local undergraduate colleges should recognize the meaning of assessment,and follow the changes of assessment;grasp the self-assessment,and find the right self-positioning;improve the reporting of quality,and improve the quality as-surance system;reflect the connotation assessment,and realize the development of content;prevent exces-sive emphasis on the assessment and avoid over-reliance on the assessment.
